We have been purchasing 1/4” pellet Koi food for more than 30 years and have never received such a poor product, and even worse customer service when I tried to return it for credit. This was NOT 1/4”pellets, more like 1/8” pellets. The pellets were very, very dark and hard (old & stale) compared to every other purchase I have ever received. I WOULD NOT recommend this supplier or their product. I would give this product and supplier a rating of ZERO if it was available.
