They dont last 5 minutes as my koi seems to love them ...These are a great change from breakfast cereals, especially with a sprinkle of brown sugar. If you give the milk a minute or two to soak in before eating you would think these mealworms were still alive. The bodies soften right up while the heads still have that perfect crunch. No nutritional info was included, but they seem low-cal. yet filling. I highly recommend these to any one who is not a vegan. Perfect for a quick snack, too, when pop corn just won't do. Roll 'em in dried ground cheddar and you'll never go back to Cheetos!I ordered theses meal worms for the turtles in the pond at my work. Some of the residents who live there just love to watch when I feed them these meal worms as a treat. The turtles all come out of the water when they see me coming. They used to run and hide under the water. Not any more!Absolutely excellent quality, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Will be ordering again.
